Silica is more prevalent in the bone than calcium and makes up the collagen matrix of the bone which is 80% of the total bone mass.<br /><br />I take it twice a day and have more energy, strength and think more clearly. I take other supplements but this seems to be the icing on the cake. There is little flavor so it can be taken by itself.
Taking Silica plus Vitamin C (time released) and Biotin is supposed to help aging skin, hair and nails. I will need to take it for 30 days before I start to see a difference in those areas. I put it in my coffee or shake each morning. I cannot detect any taste, so this is very easy to add to the daily vitamin and mineral supplements
The product is just like water, no flavor. Just the way I want it to be
