A much preferable way to get your omegas!
I love this new trend in gummy vitamins. It makes taking your vitamins seem like a treat, and it's easier for me to remember to take them and easier for me to talk my household into taking them too. Everyone hates swallowing hard pills, and these are gooey and chewy. I don't even buy non-gummy vitamins anymore. This is the first time I have ever seen omega gummies. Usually, it's vitamin C and multivitamins. I'm aware of how good omegas are for you (this contains 3, 6, & 9), and this jar touts their ability to support brain and cardiovascular/heart health. These pills are very straight forward. The serving size for these is three gummies, not the traditional two. They come in two flavors, lemon- which tastes like a lemonhead, a little sour- and orange- which tastes like your typical vitamin C pill, in my opinion. They look like gumdrops and have the same basic texture. They taste pretty good. It took me a second to get over the slight fishy smell that emerge when I opened the bottle, but they don't taste fishy, especially the lemon had that nice sourness and it really did just seem like candy. I have taken omegas and fish oils and the like before, and the fishy taste always put me off so much that I never finished a bottle, but this is really the most palatable way of getting this supplement that I have ever found. It's not perfect. The smell will probably throw you off too, but it is totally inoffensive after the second time. It's so much better than any of the capsule pills I've tried. It's 130 mg Omega 3, 65 mg Omega 6, and 30 mg Omega 9, plus 50 mg DHA. These vitamins also contain a little bit of vitamin C (33% daily value), so that's a nice addition. All in all, I will continue taking these and I'm glad to have them. I received these vitamins for a discount in exchange for my honest feedback.
