Trans-dermal is the quickest for restoring depleted magnesium

Most of us are magnesium deficient due to today's high stress level and lack of mineral balance in the body (thanks to the toxic glyphosate and copper/iron/sulfate dysregulation). Trans-dermal application is the quickest way to restore the body's deficiency, especially while stressed, detoxing, and after strenuous exercise. Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) bath can also be very effective, beneficial, and relaxing but it's better for sulfate absorption and detoxing than for restoring cellular magnesium level. When experiencing leg twitch/cramps or muscle pain, massage in the topical spray and in no time the symptoms will quickly diminish.

I've been using other brands for many years but this spray goes on so much more pleasantly almost like water and gets absorbed fast without the typical unpleasant sleek/greasy feel. When my husband is stressed and tight, I massage this at the base of his skull behind his neck and he thinks it's amazingly relaxing. When you're magnesium deficient, the application may sting and itch because the relaxing Mg mineral will open up the pores and allow the chloride ion in, but this effect will gradually subside with continued use - this is true for all magnesium sprays, oily or not. If you have open cuts or rash on your skin, the spray will sting badly so avoid any wounded areas. I initially ordered a small 60ml travel size to try it out but ended up ordering a 250ml size within a few days of use because I found myself using the spray more often. I tend to feel the need to wash off other oilier sprays after 20 minutes of application which hinders frequent use. I can liberally spray this product right before going to bed to help sleep or in the middle of the night as needed, so that is worth the added cost. This product is distinctively less irritating without oily residue, so I highly recommend it especially for people with more sensitive skin.

Great first impression

I love this stuff so far. I bought it off a recommendation in a book I'm reading about sleep, 'SLEEP SMARTER' (good read by the way). I haven't used it myself because I want to finish the book first, I know its weird but I should be finished soon. I have however started using this on my littles ones. Prior to this spray I was giving them Epsom salt baths for the magnesium but absorption is questionable, varies based in how hot the water is. I believe this spray is superior to just the bath. The first night I sprayed them after a bath noticed the difference. My 4 years old went to sleep much easier and my 1 year old slept through the night. That is Big for me because she normally wakes up around 1 or 2 am to get in my bed. We have been using it now for about 2 or 3 weeks and the results have been mostly consistent. I can say it works best after I give them a bath. The only thing they complain about is some itching as it dries but it's short lived. I was spraying them all over and that doesnt seem to be necessary. I spray their neck, chest and back and it works just as well as spraying them all over. I will update my review after I try it myself but so far I am quite pleased.

I am using this product along with several other types ...

I am using this product along with several other types of ingestible magnesium (powder and liquid) to supplement my deficiency. I have been responding very well to the multi-angled approach to supplementation. I am fascinated with the overall impact that magnesium has had on me...I wish I had started experimenting with it years ago.

I'm a little surprised to hear this stuff works

I bought this as part of a "sleep kit" that I put together for my wife, who often has trouble sleeping due to restless leg & hip pain. Of all the products that I put in the kit, she reported to me that this one has been the most effective in alleviating her hip pain and helping her sleep. I'm a bit shocked to say the least because I figured this stuff was just snake oil. I did take off 1 star...it's because you are supposed to use 20-30 sprays per use...and at almost $30 for an 8oz. bottle it seems like a pretty high price.

WorthIt!

WorthIt for balance of vitamins/ minerals. Especially after or before work out. I also spray it on my legs at night for cramps .

Didn't work for me but worth a try

I basically have to take a horse tranquilizer to sleep so unfortunately it didn't do anything for me but tried it because several friends swore by it. I'm sure it works for some, just not for me.
