Trans-dermal is the quickest for restoring depleted magnesium
Most of us are magnesium deficient due to today's high stress level and lack of mineral balance in the body (thanks to the toxic glyphosate and copper/iron/sulfate dysregulation). Trans-dermal application is the quickest way to restore the body's deficiency, especially while stressed, detoxing, and after strenuous exercise. Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) bath can also be very effective, beneficial, and relaxing but it's better for sulfate absorption and detoxing than for restoring cellular magnesium level. When experiencing leg twitch/cramps or muscle pain, massage in the topical spray and in no time the symptoms will quickly diminish.

I've been using other brands for many years but this spray goes on so much more pleasantly almost like water and gets absorbed fast without the typical unpleasant sleek/greasy feel. When my husband is stressed and tight, I massage this at the base of his skull behind his neck and he thinks it's amazingly relaxing. When you're magnesium deficient, the application may sting and itch because the relaxing Mg mineral will open up the pores and allow the chloride ion in, but this effect will gradually subside with continued use - this is true for all magnesium sprays, oily or not. If you have open cuts or rash on your skin, the spray will sting badly so avoid any wounded areas. I initially ordered a small 60ml travel size to try it out but ended up ordering a 250ml size within a few days of use because I found myself using the spray more often. I tend to feel the need to wash off other oilier sprays after 20 minutes of application which hinders frequent use. I can liberally spray this product right before going to bed to help sleep or in the middle of the night as needed, so that is worth the added cost. This product is distinctively less irritating without oily residue, so I highly recommend it especially for people with more sensitive skin.
