This was my third tub of Trutein CinnaBun. My favorite protein when I am looking to sit back and enjoy my shake. Many other proteins, I feel the need to down as quick as possible and move on.<br /><br />Mixability:<br />-Little to no clumps when shaken<br />-Blending results in minimal froth<br /><br />Taste:<br />-Other than being sweetened by Stevia, the most natural tasting protein I’ve had<br />-Only non-chocolate flavor I have been able to drink multiple tubs of without tiring of flavor<br />-Tastes great with common mix-ins (peanut butter, yogurt, banana)<br /><br />Overall:<br />-Contains no artificial ingredients and the ‘open label’ means that what you see is what you get<br />-Inclusion of 5.5g of BCAAs and 4.8g of Glutamines, means that you can save money on additional supplements<br />-Protein blend of casein, whey and egg whites makes this a good option any time of day or night as a means of nourishing muscles overnight.<br /><br />I have and will continue to recommend this product to friends.

I've been using this as a meal substitute for breakfast. Doesn't have a chemical aftertaste and seems to be loaded with cinnamon. I mix with milk or if with water I add a spoon of peanut butter. What I am happy with is it keeps hunger at bay until my next meal. I've even skipped lunch a few times with no problems. I was really surprised how well it works for me. It's helped me lose weight though not a weight loss product.

It took me forever to find an all natural protein powder to use for weight training! I highly recommend this to everyone looking to build lean muscle! We purchased the Cinnabun and its delicious! Maybe because the only sweetener is Stevia, but I dont find this as sweet as others have described the other Trutein shakes which is a good thing! Its doesnt leave me feeling bloated or heavy. I am in love with a protein powder! So glad I found you!

The natural vanilla bean protein powder by Trutein is by far the most superior protein on the market. The list of ingredients is clearly displayed and it's one of the first no &#34;artificial&#34; sweetener powders I've consumed. The ability to mix with either water or almond milk is 9/10. As far as the flavor I give it 6/10. Don't get me wrong, the flavor is superb and lacks the normal aftertaste film that other protein powders have loomed... but the flavor is not as &#34;rich&#34; as the non-natural powders that Trutein has been known for. In comparisons to other flavors from GNC brands and EAS however, the taste remains far superior. You won't be disappointed whether you use it with milk, water, or as part of a blended shake.

Incredible product! The best protein powder ever. I have noticed, in a very short time, increased stamina, increased strength, increased muscle mass, and increased energy. And I am a 67 year old senior!

Switched from regular Trutein and this tastes about the same. May take a day or two to get used to. I was sick of the bad sugars in the old one. Glad they have a natural version. I prefer the vanilla with water in both versions.<br /><br />Just tried Dark Chocolate with water. Tastes like a hot coco mix but powdery. I would not recommend it.
