LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product! We have health problems and can no longer take ibuprofen or other pain meds. This stuff works like a charm! It takes the pain away AND reduces inflammation. I woke up this morning with a really painful back, took a couple of these pills and haven't had pain all day! I also like that it's in powder form (in capsules). As I have found that pills that are compressed together use heat. This heat &#34;kills&#34; the healthy benefits. I have taken curcumin before, but in a &#34;pressed&#34; form. They only worked a little and then only for a couple hours. This brand and form have lasted me all day!<br /><br />I'm sold! So far so good. I ordered it for my mother in law also. I have heard wonderful things about Turmeric and after research this maker seen to have all the basis covered. Life Garden Turmeric Curcumin l has only 5 ingredients listed turmeric, curcumin, bioprine, cellulose, &amp; acacla gum. I like that it doesn't have a long list of ingredients that I can't pronounce. From my reading, Bioprine makes this more bio-available. I take a lot of dietary supplements and have taken turmeric curcumin for years. I find Life Garden brand excellent. I take turmeric curcumin to keep my joints pain free. Life garden Turmeric curcumin Naturo doesn't give me any bad side effects. No fish burps and the capsules themselves don't give off an unpleasant odor. I like that this product is gluten free because some of my family members are sensitive to gluten.<br /><br />The bottle had a shrink wrap safety seal and inside the cap was a secure safety seal over the top of the bottle. It has an expiration date 24 months from now so it's nice and fresh. The capsules have a mild smell to them and are easy to swallow. I take one every morning and one every evening with a glass of water. The bottle contains 120 capsules. The bottle has a recycle code pete for those of you who ask. Made in the USA which sets my mind at ease. I started taking your pill almost 1 1/2 years ago. In February of 2015, I got strep throat and then it attacked my joints and gave me a reactive arthritis. When I first got it I couldn't even lift my one year old child or get dressed myself.<br />The doctor prescribed me a chemotherapy drug and steroids which did help but it wasn't a cure. There is no cure. After being on the meds for a while I started researching and someone suggested your brand of pills to help with the inflammation. I figured, what did I have to lose since I was basically poisoning my body with the other pills. So, I tried them. I was giving it about a month. I took two pills twice a day. They worked. I haven't taken any steroids or the methotrexate since.<br />The last time I saw my rheumatologist, they told me to just continue the pills and wrote me a rx for them so I could try to write them off my taxes.<br />I will never stop taking these! THANK YOU!!! I have several health problems that prevent me from taking anything but Tylenol. The bad thing is that Tylenol irritates my system so I decided to try this. I have daily pain in my neck and into my shoulders. I took this product for a couple of days and I feel so much better.
