I've been using this product for 3 years. It took me more than 3 months to start seing results but it really works for me. the only problem is that I can't stop taking it. If I travel and forget to bring the pills with me, it will grow gray hair. I also try to eat foods that are rich in catalase and take my pills regularly at same times every day. But it really works.

I was developing gray patches/streaks in my hair, but did not want to go the hair color route as a continual solution, as I've never colored my hair before.<br />In March 2018, I began taking Catalase Extreme 10,000. With the Subscribe & Save savings I was willing to invest for the 6 months to see if it would be a more natural solution than coloring.<br />In the meantime, I also began using &#34;Just for Men Control Gx Grey Reducing Shampoo, Blonde & Medium Brown&#34; as a short-term fix until the catalase could get into my system. I used JFM once a week for a month, and then every other week thru mid-August (5-1/2 mos on catalase) when we went on vacation and I stopped using JFM. I didn't want the hassle of taking an extra shampoo bottle and it was a good time to stop and see if the catalase was doing anything on its own.<br />As it turns out, I am pleasantly surprised that after a month of using just Catalase Extreme 10,000, my gray patches/streaks have not returned. While the gray is not completely gone (wasn't with the JFM use, either), it is significantly less noticeable than it was at the beginning of the year.<br />I am going to continue using just the Catalase Extreme 10,000 and see if these results improve/hold up over time, but so far, the 'take for at least six months for best results' seems to be accurate.<br /><br />**UPDATE**<br />After finishing the six months (jan 2019) I decided that there was no improvement. Have stopped using and will not buy any more.

Don't waste your money. This does nothing. I've been taking these for four months, no difference what so ever.

I just finished taking an entire bottle's worth (1 month) with zero results. I was going to re-post a photo of my hair as proof but the barber cut it a little close so I wasn't able to get a good picture. None of my hair changed color as expected after taking it for a month. Note, however, the bottle states to take the product for six months for results. I unfortunately am not going to try my luck with buying five more bottles to end up in the same boat. Maybe the company can send me the rest of the months and I'll retest...<br /><br />Pros:<br /> - Bottle states all ingredient amounts, including proprietary blend<br /> - Decent zinc and copper supplement<br /> - No bad after taste or upset stomach<br /><br />Cons:<br /> - Only 1 month worth of pills (directions say take for 6 months to see results)<br /> - Does not work after 1 month (I assume 6 months will be no different)<br /> - Silverfox is sexy so why change it?<br /><br />Honestly, the product is overpriced and does not contain the required six months of pills to see results. I would not recommend buying the product to change the color of your hair. Go buy some hair dye or learn to be comfortable in your skin (eh, hair). I do like how the ingredient label does not try to hide what is in the bottle. While the supplement does not work, I cannot give the product a one star rating since it is a good supplement for zinc and copper which we are probably running a little low on anyway.

Amazingly, this really works. I had pure white hair, which did not compliment my complexion. I started taking 5,000 mg. a day two years ago, and I noticed small improvements right away. Now two years later, my hair is a lot more pepper than salt, and thicker, and I now take 10,000 a day. I told my doctor about it, and he wants to take it too!

This product does not work. I've bought a two month supply in hopes of it working but honestly did nothing. I used the go away grey formula a couple years back and that actually worked.
