I like the product but wish it didn't have the citric acid because I take it before bed, and I don't think it's good for teeth. I've read somewhere not to brush teeth for an hour after drinking anything acidic...

I really enjoy this product, good flavor dissolves well, and it doesn't give me a stomach ache like many other products. I'm a repeat purchaser and always recommend it to friends.

I've been taking magnesium powder drinks for years and they do wonders for helping me to relax and sleep better, I am a naturally uptight person and the help has been much needed. My regular powder is "Natural Calm" and I have no complaints with it, but it's nice to have options! This is also a good option, it dissolves well in hot water, tastes great, and does a good job at relaxing muscles, quieting an overactive mind, and helping you to get a good night's sleep. Had no problem with digestive upset or any unpleasant side effects.

This is one of my favorite supplements. For me, it contributes to relaxation and quality sleep, and it tastes great!

I take this magnesium before bed and it helps me relax and sleep better. I only wish the taste wasn't so artificial and sweet.

Adding more water than the suggested amount did not seem to help. Not great tasting.
