I have been using Life Mate since the mid 1970s and continue to supplement my diet each day. This product keeps me in good health at nearly 80 years old I show no signs of arthritis or other debilitating issues. My wife has also been using Life Mate with good results. I have been taking this consistently for a few months now. Typically in past winters, my daughter and I would pass back and forth sickness that she would get from daycare. This is a vegan multivitamin contains a blend of vitamins and minerals. I actually did start to feel better energy level wise with this product. I feel it's good quality, and will continue to take it.

I like this multivitamin since it comes in the form of a powder inside of a capsule. I feel like this will improve the adsorption since once the capsule dissolves the powder is right there, as opposed to a tablet of highly compressed powder. I like the vitamin content, this provides everything I am looking for in a multivitamin. This is missing outside certification, that would help for a product at this price point.

I believe is a complete multivitamin and taste good and the bottle smell like fruits. Easy to swallow capsules with no issues. No side effects or any allergy this far. Good quality product recommend.
