The shipping was extremely slow! I have been using mtn ops after I get done hiking the mountains and after work outs. It is a great product for recovery. I have noticed a big difference how my body feels!
Tastes great, blends well to a nice consistency - awesome nutritional specs. Only con is the price. Would be better at $10 less. That said, it is great.

Although 10-16oz of water is recommended, I actually found that this Cookies & Cream protein powder from MTN OPS tastes best with only 6.5oz of water. The overall flavor, and texture excelled in comparison, and tasted far less watery in my shaker cup when compared to mixing the powder within the recommended 10-16oz.
