These vitamins work. I’ve been taking them consistently for three years without fail, and the results are incredible. My hair is significantly thicker and its texture is strong. My eyelashes are longer and thicker as well.
It did help reduce my hair fall substantially and also improved my hair quality (when nothing else seemed to work). I still wouldn't give it a better rating because it contains the following "other ingredients":<br />Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, vegetable<br />stearate and silica<br />Douglas labs should really stop using additives like vegetable stearate, magnesium stearate and titanium dioxide (possible carcinogen) in their supplements.
I have to say this really did work for me . I have tried shampoos for regrowth and other vitamins that did nothing but this did work and when I stop using it my hair starts falling out again at a faster pace. I have very fine hair and this did not make it thicker than it was before but it did grow hair back where I noticed it was thinning, especially on my temples. It took a while for me to notice a difference like 6 months so be patient, it's not overnight . My only real complaint is it is very expensive. I only take 1 a day to cut down on costs who knows if you took 3 a day like the label says it might work faster!
I take the three pills a day that are recommended. I have been using the product for over a year and I know without question that my hair is thicker and my nails are stronger! Love this product!
