As far as the Energy component, I haven't noticed a "boost" but I don't get sleepy throughout the day or anything. One added bonus I wasn't expecting is that my hair seems a bit thicker!
My doctor had me start taking these. I don't take them regularly. When I start feeling a bit under the weather, maybe a stuffy nose or a little sore throat, I take two of these a day. I feel better immediately.
I bought this product to enhance my weight loss goals. I feel great when taking this product but one of the best side effects that I have noticed is how much healthier my hair is!
