i waited until i was about halfway through with the bottle to review this. Firstly, this did not give me more energy (i swim laps every day this summer and saw no improvement). And, one morning when taking these, without eating anything, i vomited 3 times into my sink within 15 minutes. I've NEVER puked taking vitamins in my entire life. Something is definitely wrong/subpar with these vitamins. I wasted ~$38 on this. I do NOT recommend.

Great vitamins but they are ridiculously priced. The owners of Klean think a lot of their product. There are 20-30 other vitamins out there that offer the same nutritional value for less. “Way Less”.

The tablets are big and smelly. I didn't notice any benefits. Eventually, I just stopped taking these and started taking another multi-vitamin. Multi-vitamins are usually very person-specific so your experience may be different. That said, these were quite expensive.

It contains most of what you would expect from a daily multi. The serving size is two pills and they are the industry standard size one would expect, meaning not small but not a horse pill either. Klean is definitely on the high side as far as price is concerned but being NSF certified helps ensure the price means a quality product. I am not a fan of products that contain Prop blends but I understand the use of them. If you are an athlete and require a larger number of nutrients than the average person then this multi will certainly help you to supplement and get to the level that you want to achieve. If you do not exercise at all then I would not recommend this multi, you would be fine with a Centrum or One a Day brand from Walmart at half the price.

Five Stars<br />I'm blown away. I've been taking multivitamins religiously for more than a decade. These are by far the most pleasant tasting and easy to swallow ive ever had, out of maybe a dozen or more brands I've tried. Well done. I can't believe Ive been suffering through chalky, bitter tasting vitamins for so long. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It's difficult to rate a multivitamin, (how do you know it's doing anything?) What I can say, is that (at 50) as a guy who works out a lot, I feel energetic, and If my urine's color is any indication, I'm not peeing this stuff out right after taking it. (meaning better absorption?) I also like that it has all the ingredients of the "B-Complex" vitamin I had been taking, and many more. I recently started working for a fast-paced online shopping company, and can go all day bending, stooping, and walking without feeling any lack of energy, nor any soreness the following day. I like it so much I now get it on subscription, which is rare for me. (Used as part of a healthy diet, with exercise)
