Was pretty sick, couldn't tolerate any medications, any antibiotics, medications that I needed. S.B.C. gave me back the bacteria I needed to get my gut healthy again.
My first time using SBC. I bought it after reading reviews because I tend towards constipation. It worked. I like that it's not an addictive type of solution. I think there might be other brands that are better, meaning less fillers & binders? So I'm probably going to switch brands, but SBC generally works. I would recommend trying it.
I have been using this for 6 months and it has helped a lot with my lymphocytic colitis. My dietician recommended it. Great product!

For travelers stomach, aka diarrea. My doctor recommended it as a non-bacterial form of pro-biotic, but I've taken it for the aforementioned ailment as well with great success.
