Works exactly like it should. It's a nice alternative to taking straight melatonin and has a very similar effect. No real complaints with the product, but it definitely doesn't have as consistent an effect for me as a 5mg dose of Melatonin. One of those little pills and I'm bumrushing the bedroom and knocking off for a solid night's sleep. This product is a bit more mild and can't always cut through a day's stress and excitement to deliver the knockout punch.

Works well. Get good restful sleep. 4 stars instead of 5 because a similar melatonin based mix of natural medications is much, much cheaper at Costco. A years supply is less than a months supply of Phi Naturals. Both work great for me.

I have been using this stuff for a few years now. I only take one and it makes me just sleepy enough to not wake up in the middle of the night. No drowsiness in the morning. Just peaceful sleep. If definitely take one if I have a few drinks, I never wake up with that "holy crap, I'm wide awake at 3. a.m" feeling. And theres no pain killer in it, so I don't have to worry about my liver exploding.

Excellent product. I feel well rested and not groggy in the morning.
