SPOILED BATCH!!!

**UPDATE**
So far I bought four (!) bags from Amazon and one bag directly from the manufacturer - all of them were spoiled with a rancid smell.
I’ve been in contact with the manufacturer, but they are refusing to admit there is an issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROTEIN at least for the time being. I’ll be reporting this FDA.

————————-
Have been buying this protein powder for a couple of years and never really had an issue (packaging leaves a lot to be desired, but that's a different topic).
Last bag I purchased in mid August went bad before I even got through half of the bag. I purchased another bag and that one was spoiled as well (smells like rancid oil). A third bag I bought was also spoiled. All of these are from Lot Number 1804001. The manufacturer is refusing to do anything about this and claims that this is Amazon's issue because Amazon has its own stock of this product.
It is Bulksupplement's responsibility to recall this product from being sold immediately and conduct a thorough investigation. Knowing that there is a potential issue with an entire batch and still allowing the product to be on sale is unsafe for consumers and a violation!

If you have to increase your protein intake, this is as good as it gets...

I admit, I am really warming up to the Bulk Supplement brand. I took a chance on one product, then another, then they sent me more samples (one was this product and asked to review it). As far as I can tell, they source all of their products from the U.S.A., they are headquartered in Henderson NV., and are expanding their product line to include most any powdered supplement you could want. Instead of hunting and pecking through all the brands on Amazon now, I just see if Bulk has it. They've earned my trust.

As far as protein powder goes, what I like about this product is that it's straight pure whey, no sweeteners or other additives. I can doctor it up to my taste. It performs like it should. I actually am not a fan of protein supplements, but when you're trying get a minimum of 1 gram per pound of body weight in you per day, it gets tiresome eating piles of eggs and meat or whatever your sources are. Adding this to a smoothie or other dish is the lazy man's way of upping the protein without a lot of effort. Cheesy logo though. Needs a bikini or boobs or something.

Why would you start with a great product, non-GMO grass-fed whey protein and then ruin it by adding soy lecithin? Do a little research to see how this stuff is made....no thanks. Soy shouldn't be in our diets at all and over 90% of soybeans are GMO.

Keep it pure please.

Amazing Products!!

Been using Bulk Supplements for a while now. Have used their whey protein isolate (twice), grass-fed whey protein, glutamine, and creatine.

Pros
- Fair price
- You get what you wanted (no other unknown ingredients)
- Quality products
- Tasteless
- Mixes well in any liquid (I sometimes drink it with juice)

Cons
- The zip never works on the packaging
- No scoop provided
- Tasteless (some times its a good thing, other times its not haha)

and I love it! It's hard to find a grass-fed whey ...

Just tried this protein for the first time, and I love it! It's hard to find a grass-fed whey protein ISOLATE, as most seem to be concentrates.

Price: compared to other grass-fed whey protein isolates, that are unflavored, it's middle of the road. I've found others here on amazon that range from 0.03 cents- $0.05 cents per gram. And this one came in at .04 cents per gram (at my time of purchase).

Taste: I've tried bulk supplements non- grass-fed whey isolate and this one is better. It has less of a "whey" flavor, which is great for me because I actually don't like the flavor of whey at all. It also mixed very easily with less foam than their non- grass-fed version.

Packaging: eh. But I feel that by using the bag they use instead of a large plastic container it cuts down on their manufacturing cost which then translates to a lower price point for us. That I like! Also, I USE THE TIP OF A STEAK KNIFE TO REMOVE THE PROTEIN POWDER FROM THE ZIPPER OF THE BAG, only takes a few min and then my bag closes just fine!

Highest quality and healthiest protein, bar none.

I like this protein, I've been using it for a week and comparing to others I've bought i.e. Optimum 100%Gold standard, BSN syntha-6, Garpari Myofusion, Musclepharm's Combat powder, MyProtein. Upon opening it I could tell this is ultra pure protein, it's texture is really fine. The finest powder of all the proteins. It mixes easy using a mesh shaker bottle. With water it tastes clean and pure. This is like the cream of the top of the old bottled milk, before pasteurization. Tastes delicious, I put it in my coffee as creamer to boost my protein intake. With milk it tastes great gives it a creamier taste packed with protein. There is no sugar added or any other "proprietary" blends added, just whey protein isolates and soy lecithin as emulsifier. No fat, no sugar, no carbs. Gluten free. I'm lactose intolerant and had no problems. Digests fast and easy. This is one of the highest quality proteins I've tried but it is also one of the more expensive proteins. I take this when I don't want to taste the chocolate or vanilla flavoring of other proteins. It goes perfect with milk or coffee for me. It exceeded my expectations of grass fed whey, I could tell the difference because it tastes like the best part of milk how it's supposed to taste. Natural. That's why Bulksupplements is rated high for its purity by Labdoor. I recommend this protein.
