I used to take this and it seemed to do my nails good, although, at the same time I was putting on something called Onymyrrhe (a nail fortifier and strengthener). Then I read where biotin (which is what's in Hair, Skin and Nail vitamins) has not been found clinically to improve conditions so I stopped using it, thinking it must just be the brush on nail fortifier. My nails started breaking again! I'm back on these for good now because, even though I haven't used the nail fortifier lately (I get lazy), my nails are very nice. Hogwash it doesn't work!!!!!

Hair was falling out, nails were splinting, and skin was so dry it was flaking. I needed help. I have always had good results with Nature Made products and ordered Hair, Skin-Nails. After little over a month of taking one capsule a day I can honestly say (much to my surprise), I am no longer seeing falling hair, and my nails and skin have definitely improving. What a nice surprise and what a good product.

I've been using this for about 3 months total. I have noticed NOTHING. My nails and hair are the same as they were upon beginning. I am not sure I will continue using this without seeing any results as it is a waste of time and money. I do like the fact that you only take 1 a day and it is an easy to swallow supplement. I just can not give it any more stars when I see no improvement in what I was trying to improve in the first place. I have brittle nails and my hair is just so dry . I was hoping this would help.

Love this product! Over time (as with all vitamins/minerals) it is working as it claims. And an added perk, the copper in it is helping my hair grow in more of my natural brunette again lessening the gray! (My son noticed and brought it to my attention when he came home from college for a visit!) Nice! I also like that it's ingredients are simple and actually understandable instead of being packed with things you have to look up to even know what you're putting into your body like other Hair/Skin/Nails products on the market. Will definitely keep buying this!

These work. I have thicker hair as a result of taking these. It's taken a good 6 months of taking these consistently, but they work.

I don,t really know or see the difference in my hair and nail but I am willing to take the vitamins to present worsening of the state. They are easy to swallow.
