Strong again.
I lost the strength in my nails by experimenting with false nails. With the help of Biotin, I had them back to normal in about 6 months.<br />I'm going to continue to take them.

These are great. Small capsule
These are great. Small capsule, easy to take and they are working. Nails grow fast and strong and less hair fall while I'm taking these.

labeling?? Guess the mcg
Biotin Softgels came in "bottle" labeled "1000"mcg."But has a white label slaped on it saying 2500mcg! says NewItem?? So which is it? This is NOT good. I don't like this at all. !!

Crossing fingers for more hair!
I have begun to lose hair and biotin was recommended to me by my doctor. These pills are super small and easy to swallow. They are coated so there is no nasty chalky taste.
