Large pills that taste strong, cause sour, nauseated stomach … must take with plenty of food and milk and then I had to stop them because of the nausea.. maybe will work better for you!!!

This B-12 is great. It provides subtle energy throughout the day, but doesn’t make me jittery feeling at all. In fact when I’m taking it I tend to forget about it, but I feel good and believe the time release works. I notice feeling a bit sluggish sometimes when I’ve forgotten to take it for a few days.
