Didn't notice any of the benefits the label promises, even after a full bottle. Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.

Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past.

Scoop was buried at the very bottom — minor, but annoying out of the gate. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom.

Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands.
