A week after I started taking it I noticed my blood pressure normalize. Three weeks after I had been taking it, the inflammation and pain due to it in my lower back, intestinal tract, and uterus slowly went away. I stopped taking it for three or four days and the inflammation came back a little bit. So back on it and ordering another bottle but the bottle with the higher count. I would recommend this product, and have to co workers. Not sure if my heel spurs will go away or one i have on my spine, but time will tell. The spurs have not bothered me for the most part all these years, but would be nice if they were gone anyways. I do have to wait to take it until afternoon or later because of my thyroid meds. The nutrients found in these are also needed for thyroid, so it was a win win for me. Not sure if it will improve my thyroid (hypo) but again, time will tell.

I have taken this for 2 and a half months and I don't notice any benefits. I don't see any harm either... I have very high blood pressure and want to get off the prescription drugs. I have been taking these with the meds hoping to see the pressure go down allowing me to stop taking the prescribed meds and that has not happened yet. I will keep taking this for a couple more weeks before i give up.
