These are not capsules, they are huge and what felt like un-coated pills that were very difficult to swallow, even after cutting them in half and chewing them. I tried everything before I returned them to the company. They refunded my money right away. The bottle I purchased previously had pills that were capsules but they did not contain magnesium, so this may be why the pill form was different.

I couldn’t swallow them. I cut them in half but that didn’t help at all. When I tried to swallow it, I gagged and it came back up. I tried several times but never could get them down. The dosage is 3 tablets . I knew that would not be possible for me. I was disappointed as my doctor said she had seen good results.

The size and texture of the pills makes them very difficult to swallow. I tried cutting them in half and following with lots of water, and it was still difficult to swallow. The first time I almost choked, I thought I just needed more water. Second time, I knew they were a choking risk. Given that elderly women are the population that most needs this product, it would seem that the company would take this into consideration.
