The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far.

Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. The taste is the dealbreaker for me — way too artificial and lingers for hours.

You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom.
