I originally tried this about 10 years ago. I had a personal trainer once a week back then, who tracked the amount of weight I was lifting. I really like the product but considering that, I believe, more mature people like myself with a little bit of arthritis are purchasing this, why in the world would they change the packets and make them even more difficult to open than before?
