I’ve been purchasing this product for 30 years. When they say this product “is natural, unflavored, unsweetened, and unfortified” they are not kidding. So don’t expect a great taste unless you love the flavor of Brewers Yeast. I don’t, so I mix it in Almond milk and add a chocolate protein power and now we’re talking.<br /><br />Brewers yeast has always been a great supplement for me and now that I’m 65 it keeps me feeling energetic and healthy. I know this because when I don’t have my daily dose for a few weeks I start to loose energy until I start back in. It’s not like caffeine, no sudden jolt of energy, just an overall felling of “inner energy” that Is harder to come by at my current age. Solfataras is the real deal and reasonably priced.

The best brewer's yeast! I have tried MANY brands over 40 years or so. This is by far the best. Gives me lots of energy!! Tastes great in V8 juice.

I got this as a vitamin B supplement. I thought I could eat or drink just about anything, and that over time I could get used to this, because it is so good for you! But even after several weeks, I still have to muscle past the gag reflex. It's just nasty.

Keep fleas off of dogs.

It’s way batter tasting than other Brewer’s Yeast I’ve had. There is barely any noticeable bitterness. However, the nutritional content on the back appears to be incorrect. I specifically measured two tablespoons and it’s not 30g, it’s about half. So the values on the back need to be divided by half to get the correct number.

1 teaspoon per Cat or 1 Tablespoon per Dog - Daily adds enough Vitamin B12 to the bloodstream that the fleas bail.
