the amount of tryptophan in each pill
I can’t believe a customer is asking how much milligrams in one pill and the seller is ignoring the answer.. IT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I need 2000 each night, not 1000, as lower dosage does not work. Why would I pay more for 1000 mg pill if I need 2000 pills? How disrespectful that when asked, the seller won’t answer. Not getting the right sleep is serious for those of us that have difficulty. If you are misrepresenting your product, making someone pay $37 for 1000 mg pill when you are claiming it is a 2000 mg pill, but bottle states 1000 mg, that is misrepresenting your product. Shame on you!

False advertising
These are 500mg per tablet, 2 tablets = 1g. This product is false advertising saying there is 1g per tablet.

Satisfaction plus
I have used this supplement on and off for years and this brand is every bit as good as any others I have tried. I will stick with this brand.

Helps with depression
This is a must have for those suffering from depression caused by decreased production of serotonin. It truly helps with mood, and just feeling better overall. I have been taking this for years after finding it a decade or two ago. I do believe the addition of B6 helps absorption.
