After doing research to find a natural way to heal bone spurs in my foot. I bought this product thinking, nothing can hurt at this point. I had been having issues with severe heal pain for well over a year. The research that I found, said that it could take 2-3 months before you would see any results. It was right. I kept telling myself to be patient and give this 3 months before deciding whether to keep taking it or not. Right at the 2 month mark I started noticing how much better my heel started feeling. While I was still wearing orthotics in my shoes and it was still tender to walk barefoot, the pain was not excruciating as it had been for so long. It's right at 3 months now and my foot is healed. I can walk barefoot without any pain and I have just recently taken the orthotics out of my shoes, hopefully for good. I just ordered and received my second bottle. The research I found said you do have to take this the rest of your life. It's a small price to pay. I know it may not work for everyone, but it certainly worked for me. I am very very happy with this purchase.

I have been using this product for over 8 years and through several ingredient changes. 7 years ago I broke both legs at the same time-5 different breaks in left leg requiring surgery (rod in long bone, screws put through my two long bones to put them back together, anchors and nails through my soft tissue to re-attach my foot to my leg). My right leg had only one break and was never treated. Surgeon said I would not be back to work in 6 months when my short term disability benefits would run out and I would lose my job.<br />Since I would be regularly x-rayed, I figured it was a good time to see if this stuff I’m paying for really works. I quit taking all supplements except Barefoot’s-at that time original formula of-Coral Calcium, exercised daily outside (Vit D3 sun) in the pool (only place I could stand) and used its jets. I've used this product for over 15 years and love it. I used to have acid reflux issues and have not touched a tums or any other acid reducer since. Also, it did improve my arthritis pain, which was my biggest problem. I had a motorcycle accident when I was 22yrs old and anytime I did a walking activity, I would have to sit down for a while due to swelling and pain. Not anymore. I can complete the activity and then some. Great product!

I have been taking Dr. Barefoot since the mid 1990's when I first hear about it on the radio. I have taken it twice a day since then. He claimed it would protect my bones and would be good for my heart I am now 75 year old and walk 7 to 10 miles a day. My health and bones have held up, I can not prove that it is because of the barefoot but have not been sick during that time.

I love this product and have used it for years! My husband and I no longer get heartburn since we started I would recommend this and I'm glad they came back with the 240 capsule bottle, I just wish it was less expensive. I used to buy this on another site for $19.99 a bottle but that site doesn't carry it any longer but I'll keep looking.

Seems to be working. I have never had anything but brittle, short nails. After I started using this product my nails became hard and thick pretty quickly. If it is making a change to something I can see that quickly, it must be doing good things internally.
