I have been a fan of Isagenix products for a very long time. I have to admit I have not followed the program for many years due to my impatience with the whole tree program or &#34;whatever-you-call-it.&#34; I did not believe I had to pay a membership to try a product, and even more so pay a membership to purchase a product - you may have realized I am not a fan of Costco.<br /><br />I am happy Isagenix changed its approach and gave the rest of us the opportunity to access its products without the encumbrance of figuring out sales software interface and many other things that made the process of ordering a canister of whey protein, tedious and borderline irritating.<br /><br />They shake tastes pretty good to me. For people who are used to Whey Protein shakes, be advised Isapro doesn't have any sugar - - so you WON'T taste any sugar. It may be a little weird at first, but you get used to it quickly, even more so if you are doing a cleanse to help with your sugar cravings. Because the protein is bioavailable and pretty much digests itself, I don't have to deal with acid reflux, stomach pain or even gas; which is quite common for me when I drink any of the popular bodybuilding shakes out there.

Bought this for my son who wanted something to help with recovery time from workouts. I was very opposed to him using any type of protein, but my wife (a nurse) and another friend of ours (also a nurse) researched a lot of products and found this to be the safest one for teenage boys to use. He uses it very sparingly (a couple of times a week) and I don't know if it is making any real difference, but he likes the taste of it and he thinks it will help. Be aware, concentrated protein is very hard on your kidneys and can lead to serious health issues, so follow the directions and drink lots of water with this product. Used correctly and only a couple of times a week this will last him for a very long time (probably 4-6 months).

The flavor takes a bit of getting used to after consistently using the regular Isalean Shake. After about a week, I was used to it and now enjoy it. The Isagenix line of shakes definitely beats out its competition in overall flavor! Mixes well, with or without blender. No gritty taste.
