I bought my first bottle of pure synergy from an Accupuncturist in my town. I thought it was amazing how many herbs are in the formula. I take some of them like Brhami and Tulsi and Tumeric so I thought it would be amazing to just take one pill! It wasn’t until after I purchased my second bottle that I realized the negative effects it was having on me. I was peeing constantly, close to 15 times a day. I saw my doctor and he said it must be frequent urination because it was not a UTI. My stomach was also so bloated I thought I was pregnant. I thought the frequent urbination was from stress and the bloated was weight gain. I finally realized it was this supplement! When I ran out of my first bottle it took me about two weeks to re-order. The frequent urination stopped and the bloated ness went away. I attributed this to my increase in meditation and increase in exercise. WRONG. I got my refill two days ago and the frequent urination and bloatedness is back. Safe to say I will not be taking this again. I am a firm believer that all these herbs are beneficial but every body constitution is different and in no way should be taking all of these herbs at once.

I usually never write a review but feel I need to warn people. If you are sensitive to herbs - DO NOT TAKE THESE VITAMINS. Initially, I felt great, I got a serve of energy from the biotin and b complex but after awhile I felt really off. Brain fog all day and my face felt droopy to the point when I looked in the mirror my eyes were pressed down. I also had unexplained anxiety, had trouble sleeping and felt a tightness in my chest. As soon as I stopped taking these vitamins, the symptoms stopped. I know many reviews are in favor of these vitamins, but it seems like for the people who are sensitive to them have strong reactions.

Sorry, but at one point, I loved these! My energy got stronger, I felt like Superman.. But then what I thought was unrelated.. Turned out to be LITERALLY related.. I thought I just had some allergies from moving to a new area.. But I found out each time I took these, my whole brain and sinus felt extremely clogged.. I used nose spray for about 2 months straight until I realized.. Whoa, maybe it's one of the many different herbs in these what I thought to be amazing vitamins I'm taking.. And absolutely! I stopped talking them and it cleared up fast, then I took them again from a single serving, to test the theory.. And completely clogged up again.. It even got so bad that I vomited, my brain felt like it split in half from extreme pressure.. And I'm almost certain it caused me to have some sort of mini-stroke from oxygen deprivation or some other sort of effect from these :(<br /><br />Sorry to say a truth that isn't so pleasant or good in the favor of this product.. But to be fair it may just be my individual type of reactions with them.. Soon after all this... It felt like the right side of my face was harder to move too.. I noticed it sagging more on the right too.. My right side of my brain and some limbs even feel different than the other side now too.. I'm guessing a stroke or something related to when my brain felt extremely pressured and even felt like it split in half on the right side of my inner brain tissue.. Since then I'm happy to inform.. It's been a good 6 months of taking and doing stroke recovery type practices, and even brain restoring supplements.. Along with muscle excersies.. Now my right side and my right face is becoming more alive again.. It was hard to go through because I'm a very smiley person.. Meanwhile my right side just felt like it couldn't move correctly.. Even sometimes switched as a struggle while trying to smile.. I was very concerned about it.. But it's becoming all good now.. The right part of my brain still does feel tension but it isn't too bad.. I was concerned that it was dying or would decay.. It seems that my left side really came livier though and has taken quite a lead with comphensation.. I'm glad to have a physical body powerful and wise enough to survive and really it through all this.<br /><br />The right side even feels like its becoming stronger than before since I've done so many muscle excersies with it since..<br /><br />Ah well maybe this information will help someone! If you take these and you feel tension in your brain or your nasal starts to clog up.. Stop right away!

We love the Synergy B Complex but I take several other supplements along with it, so I decided to try to consolidate and just take the Synergy Women's multi. At first I noticed nothing, then I noticed I had more energy but felt on edge, and then I began having daily nosebleeds and a heavier flow. The nosebleeds were disconcerting, but I didn't think much of it until I nearly passed out with one, not particularly heavy, nosebleed (generally once a day in the morning). The energy is not worth the edginess, much less the propensity to bleeding easily. My supposition is that the herbs increased my estrogen which led to unexpected bleeding. My recommendation is to keep a close eye on your hormones when taking such strong herbs, particularly if you are already potentially have a high estrogen to progesterone ratio.<br /><br />I returned to my previous vitamin regimen and the nosebleeds (and other propensities to bleed) stopped almost immediately. So did the energy, but also the edginess. So, all in all, I'm fairly certain this was a reaction to these for me. After stabilizing on my old regimen for a while I may consider trying the basic Vita-Min, but I'm not sure. None of them have enough K2, and more K1 than necessary (although K1 should have helped minimize my bleeding, but I think it was not enough to overcome the flood of estrogen).

Gave this a try because it looked so perfect - however be aware - if you are herb sensitive it has soooooooo many herbs in it and pretty potent ones at that. I did not feel &#34;great&#34; on this and after a few weeks started to wonder what was wrong with me. My face was always ruddy and a bit flushed, I was crying all the time and had absolutely NO energy. Finally dawned on me that it might be this vitamin (and I was only taking 1-2 per day due to cost). Within a day of stopped it I have started to feel like myself again. Many people react just fine to herbs and I am not faulting Synergy but be wary if you start feeling odd.

I was surprised, I'm really feeling noticeably better taking this. Even after the first week I felt better, and it has continued, and so I've ordered my 2nd bottle. I've attached a picture.
