Oh my gosh this stuff tastes GREAT...even with just plain milk. We are new to using Whey protein as a post workout recovery. Started to use this after long hard bike rides (3+ hours with lots of climbing) Definitely feeling better recovered for the next day ride...pretty sure this is working!
