Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price.

Quality you can actually feel
The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried.
