Used for foot rot in goats

I used this for foot rot in my goats .. I wrapped the foot with vet wrap and shook the zinc in the wrap and wrapped it more .. let it stay for 3 days and unwrapped it to check . I put the zinc in a coffee creamer container with a snap lid . Trimmed the foot and repeated if needed

Fine powder, 16.5oz package

Seems legit, ultra fine powder, bag weighed 16.5oz, definitely not ripping anyone off. I'm going to use this to electrolytically galvanize some steel parts. I don't need a high purity or anything, so my review and experience with this product may not be useful to everyone who is buying it. Thought I'd leave my two cents though.

OMRI Listed Verified.

Purchased to amend my zinc soil deficiency Had to contact company to see if it was OMRI listed for organic use. After being bounced around in email a few times, I finally received a message from the company chemist providing info that it was indeed OMRI listed and approved for organic use..

This is fertilizer grade only, not for oral consumption

This item is not advertised in the title as fertilizer grade only. I cannot receive a refund as I opened it. Luckily I never took it orally which is why I bought it. It's been opened so I can't get a refund. I'd normally call Amazon for a refund but because of Covid there is Noone available. So I am out money. After researching for hours on various pages I thought this was the best price so I bought it. I almost took it but with no instructions I decided to email them to see how much to take when I started reading Q&A and learned this was fertilizer grade only. I could have taken it and.... What... Been dead?

Perfect for fertilizing pecan trees

I use this to fertilize pecan trees by applying it to the leaves through a foliar spray. It seems to help a lot.

I bought this to put in the vinegar that I use to electro plate parts and bolts with zinc.zinc

I have been electro plating bolts and other steel items. Most are rusting from off of a vehicle. I use wire brush wheel to physically remove the rust. I also use muriatic acid or electrolysis with water with wash-soda. Connect the rust part to negative terminal and positive to steel like re-bar. This works well removing rust but takes a long time. I usually do a day or 2. The electroplating with zinc, is much quicker, like 10 minutes. Clean with wire brush, and repeat a few time. I usually go until I like the look of the plating, and then do it one more time. I have done zinc plating on parts I have welded, which works pretty well.
