Hard to find in stores where I live.

I had weight loss surgery July, 2015 and my hair and nails have not been the same. I was told by my surgeon to take 10,000 mcgs of biotin daily along with a multi vitamin and I don't know if I'm still supposed to take it or not, but I couldn't begin to imagine how much worse my hair and nails would be without it. I used to be able to swallow pills with no problem but since the surgery, I hate swallowing pills so finding this is a godsend! I used to get it in the store but since moving to CT, I'm not finding the melty ones easily and these are the exact ones I started taking back in 2015. I've taken other brands when I couldn't find these and they seem to work the same but I love the flavor of these and the price was awesome!
