BEST ANTI-INFLAMMATORY fighter I have ever taken
This stuff is FANTASTIC........I have 4 herniated discs which then annoy the sciatic nerve.<br /> I had an epidural (electric shock type treatment) that only lasted 3 weeks!! Massage helps but does not last very long.<br /> I lived on advil and pain pills and sitting on ice packs.....walking hurt....sitting hurt....even water walking in the pool hurts a little...but was the only exercise I could tolerate...swimming laps hurt my back so did water aerobics, thus the water walking (easy on the joints)<br /> Another swimmer suggested trying "turmeric" (curcumin) as it is an anti-inflammatory. I started taking it 3 1/2 weeks ago....three times a day (best results take it with a warm beverage and do NOT take it with your Rx meds, take your RX about 30min before the turmeric -if your doctor approves of you taking the turmeric)....all I can say is today I did some week pulling and<br />yesterday I rode my stationary bike for 20min and I have mild soreness but not the pain I am used to. IT WORKS...<br />I also use the LoBakTrax...every morning...which I am sure does help too.......but the combination of the turmeric and the exercise (done laying on the bed before I even get up for the day) has improved my life.......and it is natural, not a harmful chemical drug!!!
