Don't chew or suck too hard, just enough to keep swallowing a little bit at once to expose as much zinc to your throat as possible.<br /><br />The flavor is fine, but the first half of every meal tastes like minty metal. This is better than being sick.<br /><br />I think the most I'd be able to take is 4 per day. Since it takes half an hour to dissolve + waiting 2 hours between lozenges + needing to eat and drink other things to stay healthy makes it hard to follow the instructions perfectly. But, this kills viruses.

Would not travel or be without these. Seems to cut duration and intensity of cold symptoms

This stuff works for me. The old nasal Zicam was the best until some idiots snorted it up their noses and damaged their sense of smell.
