I tried these first as they were recommended to me by a local Chiropractor for sinus issues this Spring and then recommended them to my sister who has suffered with multiple and almost continual sinus infections. She loves them and has not had a recurrence of sinus infections for over 10 months now. We both use them daily and so far, so good......

I personally use for nasel health to help combat sinus infections. I can have a little bit of sugar when I take these and have it not become a sinus infection.

This did not improve my sinuses. All it did was make me constipated.

My wife wanted to boost her immune system being an RN around a lot of germs & viruses from daily dealing with children in her school. Says it seems to be working and she has yet to miss any time from work since she began taking every morning.

They seem to work for me. I suffer from chronic sinus infections and catch just about every respiratory bug going around, and since I've started taking these I've been sick less. Just wish they weren't so pricey.
