I'm on day 2 and want to sit down and eat a loaf of bread. The carb cravings are insane. It's obviously doing something to my system!<br /><br />Update as of day 4 - be prepared for massive headaches, nausea (vomiting) and fatigue. Basically to feel like you have the flu. Part of the detox process but it's been brutal.
When you eliminate caffeine, dairy, sugar, carbs and alcohol, you need a little help and PaleoCleanse Plus is the ticket. It's not easy but it works. You'll never sleep better in your life. Yes, you lose weight but it's more about how you look and feel. The first week is tough, the 2nd week is boring and the 3rd week: I can make it! I swear by Paleo and continue with these shakes even afterwards.
Doing pretty well so far; I have lost 16 pounds in 10 days. The detox is just that - you are purging your body of those things that cause inflammation on your organs and such. The withdrawals are to be expected.<br /><br />The key to the weight loss is the accompanying diet recommendations. Weaning yourself from processed foods (you know, the food created by American companies that'll kill you in the name of shareholder value) is very important for your body. Follow the recommendations religiously. Do that, and maintain it, and you should feel better both physically and psychologically. Of course, you might have to buy new clothes.<br /><br />No guarantees, but it works for me. Price may seem high but is worth it to begin a different lifestyle and get healthier.
These shakes are AMAZING!!! I add frozen fruit to them and blend them in an electric blender. The flavor is AWESOME and so is the texture. A great addition to my Paleo lifestyle. I highly recommend this product! If you have a shake a day, there's enough for 42 days. Makes a great morning snack/meal when I'm running out the door w/the kids! :)
Did the 21 day cleanse. Lost 17lbs and was never hungry. I will definitely be doing this again for maintenance in a couple months when I can afford to. Had headaches the first couple days but I may have been my caffeine or sugar withdrawal
I'm very happy with this cleanse. The shakes with the supplements are very satisfying. I have felt my appetite and cravings reined while using this cleanse. I only experiences some headaches on the second day, but after that I've had a pleasant experience. I have also felt my mood improve over the last 11 days doing this cleanse. Looking forward to completing the remainder of this cleanse and taking away some healthy eating habits.
