This has parsley and other vegetable nonsense which is not listed in the description. Parsley is used to reduce milk supply for breastfeeding moms. Wasted my money. I can’t use this. I wanted just straight calcium and magnesium.

This is mandatory for good nerve and muscle function. My wife and I take this and we put a little on the dog's food. We have a 16 year old Cairin Terrier that had spasms. I checked all the dog food and none of it has magnesium. Since we started adding this to the dog food she has stopped the jerky movement almost completely. I wondered why dog food does not have this additive? It stops muscle cramps and it has almost totally stopped the dog spasms. Perhaps in a natural world dogs would get the calcium and magnesium from eating bones.

I am a 74 year old woman who has been taking this product for almost 42 years now. I take 6 capsules a day and every year when I have my bone scan done they tell me I have the bones of a teenager. I have had numerous falls that should have shattered my bones and except for once dislocating my Femur no bones have broken. I have never been able to eat or drink any dairy products so this is my main source of Calcium. My husband had major back fusion surgery in September 2015 and I started giving him 2 capsules 3 times a day plus a sublingual Biotin and at his 9 month X-ray the Doctor was amazed at the healing. He was released to go back to construction work in 10 months. He has been off ALL pain meds since week 4 after the surgery. I credit this product with the speed of his recovery and the amount of bone growth around the cage they put in. My 93 year old Mother and younger Sister both have Osteoporosis. I will never quit taking this product.

I switched from calcium carbonate to calcium citrate since the calcium carbonate caused incredible uncomfortable constipation. I have had no problems with the calcium citrate. Bonus is the magnesium and the vit. D in this product.

There was no plastic seal around the cap. When removing the cap there was not a safety seal on the bottle. I got a bottled that had been opened already.

My body doesn’t like me.. as I’m aging, everyday is a new day.. digestive problems, muscle ache and pains brought to the attention of a wonderful physical therapist . She, having great wisdom and knowledge of how the human body needs help, suggested these capsules.. I’m feeling better ! Thanks to a suggestion by a person trained to help !!!
