I rarely write reviews simply because I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with extremely limited windows of adequate energy to do anything. In living with CFS for over 30-years, I've spent a lifetime trying EVERYTHING to heal my body and alleviate the worst symptoms as traditional, allopathic medicine has had little to offer in the way of understanding this illness, let alone treating the symptoms effectively. It is known that the immune system of CFS individuals is "reved up" (elevated cytokines ) as if the body is constantly fighting infection which may attribute to the chronic malaise and fatigue. Knowing this, I was not hesitant to try this new immune - support product, but certain I would "feel nothing" in regard to functional improvement. For the first time EVER in my lifelong quest for effective treatments, THIS PRODUCT HAS MADE A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE! After my very first dosage (I took the higher dose of 3 pills), I noticed I wasn't quite as exhausted as I had been just 30-45 mins earlier and I didn't feel as "crummy" as I had been. I was able to stay awake later and actually READ for awhile before bed where my mental fatigue typically prevents me from engaging in any physical or mental tasks past a very early evening time. I have noticed this effect each time I take the product which is 2× daily. I have also noticed much reduced bloating, gas and abdominal distention; more frequent and regular bowel movements; and less extreme and sudden hypo-glycemic type hunger cravings (which caused me to become irritable, over-eat bad food, gain weight). Overall, I just feel BETTER! To me, these changes are nothing short of a miracle and nothing that I would have expected from an OTC supplement (after spending literally tens of thousands on expensive, alternative medical treatments...with no improvements!). This product has given me hope for my future and a renewed feeling of health and wellness that I have not experienced since becoming sick at age 16. Being a person that doesn’t quite believe in vitamins (there are far too many options with little to no way to tell if they are making a difference) when a friend suggested I try PRO-Immune because of my tendency to get sick often, I wasn’t sure I was ready to jump on the bandwagon.<br /><br />So I did my research. This product has vitamin C, Zinc, Echinacea, and a new ingredient I’d never heard of called EpiCor which is an immune strengthening fermented yeast that builds your body defenses in many different ways, to give your system complete immune support. It further explained that it is different than immune “boosters” because “boosters” (like my beloved Emergen-C) only stimulates the immune system for a short time, which can over stimulate your system, and can actually cause immune fatigue, which leaves you in a more vulnerable position than when you begin taking it.<br /><br />EpiCor is said to strengthen your first line of defense by increasing the antibody’s in your saliva, which helps trap bacteria before they cause harm. It also strengthens your second line of defense by increasing Natural Killer cell activity (in as little as 2 hours). The term Natural Killers was new to me, but researching I learned that they are a type of while blood cells that are fast and effective in seeking out and destroying infected cells. As well, EpiCor increases antioxidant power, reducing oxidative damage, which helps your immune function overall. And it has the added benefit of helping your gut health (which in return builds your immune system) by acting as a prebiotic which nourishes the good bacteria.<br /><br />They have had six published clinical trials I read through, one of which showed both flu-vaccinated as well as non-vaccinated subjects saw significantly reduced symptoms from upper respiratory tract infections and flu symptoms. Another study showed a 43% reduction in days with nasal congestion and significant reduction in use of allergy medication.<br /><br />I watched the video on EpiCor that shared where it came from and how it came about. Interesting stuff, I recommend taking a look. It was used in animal feed and then the insurance company noticed that the plant workers who dealt with the yeast daily never got sick but the office workers across the street did. They took blood and saliva samples to analyze what was causing the phenomenon and realized the immune systems of the plant workers were substantially stronger than normal.<br /><br />Taking PRO-Immune wasn’t like taking vitamins for me, I could tell a difference. I didn’t get my usual beginning of the season sickness this year. But I think only time will tell if this formula works for the long haul, I am hoping to see it replace my daily Emergen-C and help me save my time off for fun things. If it can help me kick the Emergen-C habit I will be a proud believer and I will update to a 5* rating.

As someone who is immune compromised, I am used to getting sick almost 1x per month. It’s become something I plan for. In all of my research and personal experience on natural supplements to help support my immune system, I came to the personal conclusion that a combination of probiotics, vitamin c, zinc and echinaccea are the best solution and I nearly fell off of my chair when I saw these all combined into 1 time release tablet! Already, life was easier. But what is this Epicor ingredient, I thought. So, of course I made it my personal mission to find out and spent nearly a half day researching it. This too is incredible! This is the ultimate immune formula and I am so thrilled. I have been taking PRO-Immune for only 7 weeks but I feel great AND it is winter time (when my system is even more fragile) and I am proud to say that I haven’t had so much as a sniffle! Better yet, I find myself no longer constantly feeling like I need to always have a plan B for social engagements and activities in case I end up sick. The freedom I have gained already is exhilarating. This stuff is worth its weight in gold as far as I am concerned!

I've used this to boost my immunity before and during a trip. So far it's done me great !<br />During 2 weeks in the Philippines I accidentally drank the local water and got deathly ill. It passed in 24hours where as usually travelers diarrhea passed in 5-7days.<br /><br />During a 3 week trip in Thailand I used it as well as was the only one out of 6 of us who didn't get sick. We spent a whole week in the rain and floods (photo attached) and one guy got deathly ill and had to take antibiotics. I did just fine.<br /><br />I also was pretty heavy on eating street food constantly (second photo attached) where 2 got diarrhea from it I did fine.<br /><br />It's now my go to for traveling. Heading to New Zealand tomorrow for 2 weeks and this is apart of my essential packing list. Highly reccomend it.

I have nothing but good things to say about this product. I have been taking it for about a year, and have not been sick once. I needed to build up my immune system after getting the flu 3 years ago, which landed me in the hospital for 3 months. I should mention that I did change my diet to becoming totally vegan and I am more physically active. I should also mention that I am a first grade teacher, so I am constantly exposed to germs, kids throwing up, and I am always in the path of a sneezing or coughing child that forgets to cover their mouth. I have not been sick once! Like some of the other reviewers, I have felt a cold coming on, but it goes away quickly. This is a great product!

I bought a bottle of Hyperbiotics Ultimate Immune System Booster and I was really impressed with their technology on how they make their tablets because most people do not understand that if you using a probiotic made with a capsule or without Hyberbioyics special time released technology the other probiotics just dissolve in your stomach and become useless.<br /><br />Hyperbiotics has a special time released process that releases in about 8 to 10 hours which gets their probiotic down through the small intestines and even reaching the large intestines where the massive amount of good probiotics can go fight all the bad stuff including candida.<br /><br />Until I started researching probiotics and how much your health is controlled by your intestines and I am talking about most major illnesses starting from unhealthy intestines, so I was pretty shocked.
