Product is fine but price a bit high

This product is very good for bone health and even calms nerves. The consistency of this company's product is excellent. This company delivered my order faster than I had expected, which pleased me. Thank you to the vendor.

I like they offer a good amount of magnesium in each tablet, no smell no flavor. Previously had 2 pregnancies with gestational diabetes and on my third a very good friend doctor suggested me to take 700 mg of magnesium daily, because no suplement has the same absorbency in the body as food. I used them to control my sugar during pregnancy taking them twice a day and NO GESTATIONAL DIABETES this time and had had only few leg cramps. At first I was hesitant to try such a big amount and was adviced that might get diarrea the first days while my body adjusts, luckily didn’t happend to me and was told the remain vitamin the body doesn’t use simply gets off the body. This is my experience, Not a medical advice. I wish there were more studies about this topic. Planning to keep taking them after delivery, breastfeeding period and taking a pill daily for the rest of my life. Better price at pharmacies, I got mine from Walmart.<br />Update: 06/13/2019<br />I gave birth to a very healthy baby and we got out of the hospital next day.
