Made from soy

I was very dissapounted to see that this product is made from Soy - they can't keep soy out of anything these days!

These are great!

Thank God, Buddah, Allah, Gaia, Manon, the three stooges, and My Little Pony for softgels!!! No smell, no disintegrating pills, no sticky gelcaps, and did I mention NO SMELL?! Seriously, this is the best thing to ever happen to the stinky, but annoyingly vital, B-vitamin family! Congrats Bs, I can finally manage to swallow you without gagging!

Easy to swallow

The small gel caps are easy to swallow which is nice change from some large tablets I must take, which is why I chose this one.<br /><br />I began treatment for delayed phase sleep disorder five weeks ago and part of my treatment is 1 mg of B12 3x daily. Because this is just one part of the treatment plan I can't tell what effect they might have but I am feeling better. (I use bright light therapy in the morning, 1 mg melatonin at 8:00 PM, only dim light in

Good product

My doctor recommended that I take B12 and this brand is usually the best price so I have been taking it for almost a year and it appears that I am no longer borderline on my Vitamin B.
