Good For Sleep
At first it made me feel weird, too careless and nonchalant but that went away after a couple days. Great for my sleep, deeper sleep.

Improved sleep.
I bought this item on the sellers website not on Amazon and I love it. I have sleep issues but since I've been using it, my sleep has been better and deep. It worked for me.
