I LOVE this product!!! I believe this is my second or third time purchasing it. I received several samples of several different iron supplements when I was pregnant, and this was the ONLY one that didn't make it seem that I had stalled battery acid. :-/ I would advise that you drink LOTS of water, but that's to be said with any Iron supplement. I would recommend to every an anyone.

Since these were so highly recommended, we decided to give them a go (for my wife's chronic low iron condition). They still tore her digestive system up. We are now going the route of infusion. If your personal experience is chronic, please consider infusion. It has literally been a life saver for my wife.

I have been taking this iron supplement for over two years as recommended by my physician after gastric bypass surgery. It is the only iron supplement that has worked for me- even prescription iron wasn't effective. It been more than 18 months since I've needed an iron infusion, which I was getting every 4-6 months before taking these.

Struggled with anemia for years to the point of having to have infusions. I tried all kinds of things OTC, black strap molasses, etc but still was not absorbing the iron. Integra and Integra Plus has been the answer for me.

If your doctor gives you a prescription for this, insurance will not pay as it is considered a &#34;Supplement&#34;. We found this out the hard way. Then, I looked on Amazon, and it was much cheaper. So pleased that Amazon carries this product.<br /><br />Now about the product: It does the job well, if you take one pill a day (with a little something to eat if it bothers your stomach). However, not to be graphic, like all iron supplements, it can be a bit constipating. Some prune juice should help. That being said, it is the best product I have discovered for blood loss from any medical condition.
