Vitamins are hard to rate because they are are not a magic pill that you can take for a few days and feel better. They are more for maintenance of body and health. I’m 70 years old and have been taking vitamins for years and am on no other medications and am in good health. I’ve been taking Rugby Daily-Vite Multivitamin for almost 2 years and feel like they are doing their job.<br /> I take vitamins and I have good health. I don’t know if the vitamins play any role in that of if I’m just fortunate enough to have good health but it’s working for me so I plan on doing what has been working.

I am on a blood thinner and use these vitamins because they don't contain any vitamin K. A pharmacist told me about them.

These multivitamins are a good value for the price. I started taking these a few years ago when my pharmacist suggested these. They did have to order them and they took a few weeks to receive them. They are small and easy to swallow. Will reorder here.
