Exactly what I was hoping for
Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried.

Solid choice overall
Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose.
