SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN COLD-EEZE LOZENGES
I'm going to have these around forever. After 2 year cold-free, I got one on a flight home. I'd ordered these during the trip but for some reason they arrived a few days later so I got some Cold-Eeze at the drugstore. I don't particularly like them as they have a lot of sugar.
The Nature's Way arrived today and I see that they have almost twice the zinc per lozenge and taste better.
I have read though, that ionic zinc, when it's dispersing properly, should have an astringent feel in the mouth which I didn't really get but the ingredients do list zinc citrate and gluconate. Either way, I'm holding the dissolved tablet as long as possible before swallowing as apparently the effect is greatest when the zinc is absorbed through the mouth's mucosa.

GREAT ZINC LOZENGES
THIS IS THE BEST VALUE FOR ZINC LOZENGES. THEY TASTE REALLY GOOD UNLIKE SOME OF THE LOZENGES WITH ZINC. THIS IS MY SECOND PURCHASE AND I COULD NOT FIND A BETTER DEAL FOR THIS QUALITY.

Sorbitol... really?
Didn't realize that it has sorbitol which is one of the top 5 worst artificial sweeteners. Why do they need to put that in, when it has stevia already?

Lost my sense of taste completely, thankfully temporarily
After taking these fairly regularly for a month or so, I woke one morning to find that I had no sense of taste at all. I thought there was something wrong with the coffee, but then I tried one of the lozenges, and while it normally has a strong candy flavor, it was like I was sucking on a pebble. I couldn't taste at all, though my sense of smell was unaffected. Fortunately after gargling with some salt water (which tasted like regular water) and waiting a few hours, my sense of taste came back. Threw the lozenges away, would recommend you do the same if you have purchased them and avoid them if you have not.

Already reordered.
Best tasting zinc we've ever used. The whole family made it through December with no colds, on zinc, EmergenC, and lots of prayer!

taste good
these are a good tasting way to get your zinc. they are chew-able and taste like a candy so keep them away from the kids. we needed a zinc my husband would take and tried out a few that sounded good here. this one is easy to remember to take, as its tasty. I have attached pix of the pills by my fingertips to show the size.
