I bought this Lactobacillus Rhamnosus to take while undergoing some heavy antibiotic treatment because this particular pro-biotic along with Saccharomyces Boulardii being able to survive antibiotics so I was able to keep my gut flora and fauna healthy during treatment. Also took Zinc Carnosine during this time, and a week afterwards. I highly recommend all three while taking antibiotics.
