I really love this particular vitamin D.However I received a fake.As a vitamin buyer in a health food store I am very familiar with this product.The pills I got looked like regular vitamin D,not coconut oil based ones.I have taken this many times before and the pills are usually a little cloudy looking from the coconut oil.I am saving this bottle so I can show it to my Solaray sales rep at work.Beware of fakes on Amazon!!!

I had been using this brands d3/k2 supplements but once I tried these ones, I switched for good. Working at a desk, inside with no windows, 40 hours a week it gets really tough to stay awake at work- especially in the afternoons. Taking one of these a day REALLY helps my mind stay more alert and active throughout my work day. When I forget to take them for a day or two I immediately notice a difference in how extraordinarily fatigued and disinterested I feel. So, I would say that these little gems help keep me employed!! ;)

I've purchased this before and it was vegan. This is product is suddenly not. Gelatin capsule. Couldn't use, couldn't return. Sucked.

I bought for my mother who had very low vitamin d level. 3 weeks of use she is now in normal range. Her physician to keep up with the vitamin d she is using, it’s working great.

I must take Vitamin D daily as I can't synthesize it. Initially my physician prescribed a generic Vitamin D from the pharmacy, my Vitamin D blood levels went from 2 to 11.
