I like this brand, it works well for me, if I take it about 2-3 hours before bedtime. If you're an insomniac, on nights you don't feel sleepy at bedtime, you can take another right before bed. Since they are low dose, it will not be a problem. Always check with your physician before taking supplements, in case it clashes with something else you take.
