I tried this supplement at the recommendation of my doctor. I didn't notice an immediate difference, but over time could definitely tell that it is working. I was able to significantly reduce my dosage of Adderall and still be able to concentrate and focus. My doctor specifically recommended this brand because he subscribes to a site that does thorough testing and reviews of different vitamins and supplements. I haven't tried any other brands, but given how well this seems to be working I think I will stick with what I know works.
