Good stuff. I used it as herbicide on my paver patio. Iron sulfate would leave stains - so this doesn't. It is slow acting but long lived effect

Helping to fight fungus
I used it to bring zinc levels up in my lawn. The idea is to have all the micro nutrients up in the yard after a soil test. To help fight off fungus in my tall fescue lawn. It seemed to help.
